What happens after I place an order over the site?

After you have selected your preferred store for your order pick up and made your payment through our secure online system, you will be sent an email notification to acknowledge that we have received your order. Our beauty consultants will also contact you the next working day to confirm your order pick-up time.

When can I expect to pick up my goods?

Although we will attempt to have your order processed immediately, you should expect your order to be prepared 2 working days after your order has been placed. In the case that your order is delayed, our beauty consultants will inform you. Please take note of our Store operation hours. Store Info.

如果成爲MENARD VIP級社員？

VIP	一次性購物滿（零售價）港幣1,000元或以上	9折*

社員優惠有效期由成爲社員當日起至下年度12月31日，只要在這年度内（無論於網上、任何MENARD或 moi by MENARD專門店或專櫃）再一次性消費滿港幣1,000元或以上；閣下的會籍及優惠將會被自動更新。否則，閣下的9折購物優惠將暫被停止。

How can I become a VIP member?

VIP	Upon spending HK$1,000 (retail price) or more in one transaction	10% off each purchase

All member privileges are valid upon the purchase date until December 31st of the following year. If another HK$1,000 or more in one transaction is spent (either online, at MENARD or moi by MENARD shops or counters) before this date, your membership will be renewed automatically. Otherwise, your 10% off purchasing discount will be suspended.

All orders received will be processed immediately and cannot be canceled, unless the requested item is out of stock.
